Do you undertake assessments?

Yes, our own ongoing assessments are rigorous and enable us to plan effectively for each student. We are able to measure and report upon the impact of the tuition and provide all schools with a progress report when required. We work in close partnership with class teachers, each of whom are actively encouraged to share targets and areas of challenge. Our tutor team are able to provide the additional capacity to support accelerated progress.

Are your tutors KCSIE compliant?

Definitely! All iAchieve Tutors are highly qualified and experienced practitioners – 95% of whom hold QTS. They are current, inspiring and effective! All tutors are DBS checked at enhanced level and are committed to ensuring a safe and effective learning environment. Our recruitment process is incredibly rigorous and copies of each tutor’s Single Central Record are shared with Tuition Leads at all partner schools to enable you to complete due diligence.

Excellent Communication and Dialogue

We operate an ‘open communication’ policy and encourage our schools and parents/carers to contact us at anytime if they wish to share ideas, observations or change the focus of study for a particular child or group. We are highly reflective as an organisation and appreciate your opinions.
