Risk Assessments

Every student at Learning Academies has a STUDENT Risk Assessment and a VENUE Risk Assessment.

These are both very important documents and you will need to review these carefully when a new student is allocated to you. Risk Assessments are considered ‘live’ documents – which means they can be added to or amended at any time as your knowledge of the student, family or venue grows.

You will receive an email link to your student’s risk assessments when a child is allocated to you. A copy is always stored on Different Class. Just scroll down to the student’s DOCUMENTS and look for the PLACEMENT DOCUMENTS. The general documents include our core policies whilst the PLACEMENT DOCUMENTS relate specifically to your student (e.g referral forms, EHCPs and risk assessments).

Any time you add to or amend a risk assessment your notes will appear as ‘comments’. Just let us know when you make any changes and a member of the Head Office team will log on to the document to review and accept changes.
