How long will Learning Academies keep my data?

We do not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. Data will therefore be retained for the following periods (or its retention will be determined on the following bases): iAchieve Extra Tuition Programme

When a student leaves a Learning Academies tuition programme a closing statement is raised. Once any outstanding fees have been received and or any overpayments returned, we will officially close your contract with us.
All data retaining to your tuition programme will be fully deleted at the point of closure.
We do not retain data (other than records of financial past payments) post tuition.
In exceptional circumstances, at your request, we will retain your data in such circumstances as you envisage a return to tuition. If, after a period of one year, you have not returned your data will be deleted.
Where you have given us express permission to use photographs/video images/testimonials for marketing and promotion, these images will remain in our secure photo library until such time as permission is withdrawn. When they are no longer required they will be securely deleted.

iAspire 1:1 Tuition Programme

We will keep each student's data until such point as they leave the iAspire Programme.
Upon departure from the programme we will transfer and relevant data to the referring organisation or the organisational body they choose to nominate.

11+ Mock Exam Day

For students accessing the 11+ Mock Exam as an existing customer of Learning Academies: When a student leaves a Learning Academies tuition programme a closing statement is raised. Once any outstanding fees have been received and or any overpayments returned, we will officially close your contract with us and delete all personal data relating to your booking.
For external students, all personal details relating to your booking on the 11+ Examination Days will be deleted six months after all elements of the programme have been delivered – unless a closing balance remains on the account. If a closing balance remains, then data will be deleted upon payment. All data retaining to your tuition programme will be fully deleted at the point of closure.
We do not retain personal data (other than records of financial past payments and anonymous results) post tuition.
In exceptional circumstances, at your request, we will retain your data in such circumstances as you envisage a return to our services. If, after a period of one year, you have not returned your data will be deleted.
The only data we will retain is your anonymised statistical data. This is used to enhance the validity of comparisons across students.
